What is the return policy?
All purchase are final. We do not accept refunds or returns. If there is an issue with your order, please email us within 48 hours and our team will assist you.
How long is the delivery time after placing an order?
- All items are on a preorder basis.
- Our lead time is 4-7 weeks upon order confirmation, depending on our shipment schedules from our overseas warehouse.
- Please order only if you are comfortable with the lead time.
Can i change or cancel my order?
As all items are made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations or changes once order is processed.
Why does my marble/stone item look different from the advertised product?
Natural stone and marble each have their own unique veins, patterns, and colour variations. No two piece are ever exactly same.
These natural variations are not considered defects, but rather the unique charm of every piece.
